The community

Lisso is one of Pflugerville’s newest communities — ground broke in 2023 — and unlike the big rotating-roster master plans nearby, it’s built entirely by Taylor Morrison. That gives it a consistent look and a single point of accountability, which some buyers genuinely prefer. The amenity set is modest but real: a junior Olympic pool with beach entry, a covered pavilion, a playscape, and a network of ponds and green space. Don’t expect a golf course or a fitness center; do expect a clean, coherent neighborhood that will feel finished sooner than the mega-plans.

The homes

All production, all Taylor Morrison, sold in three lot series: 40, 50, and 60 ft. Homes run roughly 1,500 to 2,950 sq ft, with published pricing in July 2026 from the high $300s to the high $500s. The 60 ft series is in its final homes, so most current selection sits on 40 and 50 ft lots — figure 0.12–0.16 acres, homes close together, standard for this price point in Pflugerville. One practical note on single-builder communities: there’s no cross-builder competition on your street, so we always comp Lisso pricing against Carmel and other nearby communities before writing an offer. Builder lineups and series offerings can still change by phase — verify what’s currently releasing.

Location, schools, and the drive

Lisso is zoned to Pflugerville ISD; verify current campus assignments for the specific section, since east-side zoning continues to shift with growth. The location logic matches the rest of east Pflugerville: SH 130 is the artery. Roughly 20–25 minutes to the airport or Tesla, 15 minutes to Stone Hill Town Center, 35–45 minutes downtown depending on tolls and hour. Lake Pflugerville’s trail and beach are close enough for after-dinner trips. For the full picture on taxes, schools, and how Pflugerville’s east and west sides differ, read our Pflugerville guide.
